        Kimball

Impromptu, Op. 90 No. 3, Schubert
        Selected Etudes, Chopin
        Elham Prelude, Elham Fanoos
Aung San Suu Kyi Prelude, Kimball Gallagher
        Aida Prelude, Kimball Gallagher
Sonata in B Minor, Franz Liszt

Each piece is preceded by lively and engaging explanations designed to deepen the listening experience and the coherence of the audience’s experience. Musical concepts are encapsulated in accessible and enlightening demonstrations orienting listeners in event very complicated sounding pieces of music. Musical meaning further emerges with stories revealing the transformation potential of music even in the world’s most conflicted areas such as Afghanistan, Myanmar. Gallagher completes his presentation with glimpses into his international organization 88 International, all of which developed directly from performing salon events.
